Due to the companys continued growth, they have an immediate need for a dynamic, energetic, and creative marketing professional with superior creative writing skills to assist in the development and implementation of innovative marketing programs to support and facilitate the goals and objectives of their agents, customers, and company.
This is a unique, career:potential opportunity requiring experience in creating, implementing, and managing marketing and communications for a small:to:medium size company, preferably in real estate or a related industry. The position is varied and requires a jack:of:all:trades skill set.

Responsibilities
1. Planning and Leadership
:Oversees the planning and leadership for the real estate marketing function, including internal communication.
:Develops an annual plan and budget based on business needs.
:Effectively collaborates with internal and external marketing staff and vendors producing high quality results.
:Establishes and leads real estate marketing advisory committee meetings and ensures responsibilities are assigned and followed through.
:Brainstorms with each of the real estate agent regarding growing their business.
:Leads creation, coordination, and production of collateral related to real estate promotional campaigns, including assistance with image and branding strategies.
:Continually learns about the industry and function, developing self and others as a part of the long:term plan.
2. Marketing Infrastructure
:Manages the process and approval of requests for signage, posters, printed materials, trade show displays, photographs, articles, advertisement, promotional items, signage. etc.
:Produces print materials, including brochures, fact sheets, any use of logos, or other promotional materials. Generates creative content and provides input to layout and production.
:Establishes marketing and communication activities, which support the Company as it grows : new agents, new locations, and new services.
:Assists in establishing and maintaining a database of information, which supports communication with agents and the best ways to implement business enhancement projects.
:Develops and leads execution of marketing research and development, including publication content, image, and design.
:Provides input to the websites for consistency in image and update of public and agent information.
:Utilizes technology to implement the annual real estate marketing plan.
3. Communication
:Communicates with end:users impacted by marketing.
:Represents the Company in a professional, positive, and pleasant manner.
:Coordinates on:site and off:site events that promote the Company and sales.
:Ensures senior management is informed of on:going events, advertising, marketing, or public relations activities that impact the Company.
:Initiates creative writing drafts for various uses within the real estate marketing plan.
:Ensures communication and marketing initiatives are in compliance with related real estate laws and regulations.
4. Real Estate
:Extracts and analyzes sales data to discover trends for use in determining content for blog posts, radio spots, print advertising.
:Writes radio spots, coordinate recording sessions.
:Works directly with agents on marketing projects (individual ads for magazines, postcards, signs, email, etc.)
