You will required to go through our professional training class that will train you in different aspects of the real estate investment process. Although we may see experienced candidates training is still mandatory because of the unique way our company operates. Most whole seller can utilize 15% of their leads while we have a proprietary system for working with 90% of our leads. Leads will be issued to Acquisition Specialist although with our training you will see more leads from people trying to call you from your marketing we develop with you. The skills taught in our class can be used even if you don't make it through the hiring process which makes this a once in a lifetime opportunity. We do also have referral bonuses available.
