Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing company.  Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, the Regional Sales Manager – (RSM) will manage the relationship with existing major accounts for Boston Centerless with a goal to grow the account and will also find, research and open new accounts. Candidates must have a true account management mentality and be able to sell the vision and message of Boston Centerless to these existing accounts in an attempt to grow share.  Qualified candidates must demonstrate exceptional skills in qualifying, account relationship management, business opportunity development and deal closing.  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; Minimum 5 years successful experience in outside or inside sales, metals experience strongly preferred. BA/BS degree preferred. A proven ability to form strong relationships with customers that results in long term revenue generation. Leadership skills that facilitate the guidance and direction of others within the organization to accomplish sales and account development objectives. Excellent communications skills in both written form and in personal communications. A tenacious desire to identify and resolve issues that stand in the way of account development. Good negotiation skills. Strong time management skills. Good skills in the use of business software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Past use of a CRM, Microsoft Dynamics a definite plus. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of time. A history of operating with a strong sense of integrity that is consistent with the Boston Centerless T.I.T.E.
