Our products are made of the highest quality materials and components and can be favorably compared to any name brand product manufactured domestically.Job Description:Territory Sales Manager- Las Vegas, NV*Experience in Blinds, Shutters or Home Building Industry a MUST.Window Coverings IndustryThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for establishing plans and strategies to expand the Home Builder Customer Base through new builder business in Las Vegas.Responsibilities:Grow New Builder Business by strategically presenting our window coverings at all decision-making levelsEstablish and maintain relationships with decision makers (purchasing managers) of current customer base and prospective customer baseSecure new accounts and expand upon our existing book of businessConduct face-to-face meetings with purchasing managers to understand window covering needs and recommend turnkey window covering program solutionsEffectively follow up with prospects to develop businessProvide timely feedback to fellow sales team members through sales management databaseProvides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all business opportunities submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain profit marginManages process of submitting bidsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not requiredMinimum two years' experience: window coverings or construction - blinds and shutters a HUGE advantageSelf -Motivated and Driven to SucceedWorks well independently or with a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating with all levels within an organizationExcellent computer skills
